一、大赛前言

古往今来的世界文明交流中，传统工艺品已成为了世界各国人民友好交往的重要载体。多元的民族、多元的文化，造就出制作精美、风格迥异的传统工艺品，构成了色彩斑斓的世界文明。在“一带一路”倡议下，作为南方“丝绸之路”起点的成都，更应该以开放的姿态加强中国与世界各国传统工艺的交流合作。

二、大赛目的

通过本次大赛，使国际学生充分发掘各国传统工艺理念与文化元素，提高传统工艺传承与再创造能力，促进中国与世界各国文化的交流互通；以“以赛促教，赛教结合”的方式，加强国际学生的实践能力、创新能力与合作精神，同时活跃学生的课外文化生活，展现其丰富多元的异国风采。

三、参赛对象

2018-2020级国际本科生及研究生

四、大赛主题

“传承创新传统工艺，促进国际交流互通”

五、作品征集要求

围绕大赛主题“传承创新传统工艺，促进国际交流互通”，鼓励参赛者提交有关中国或世界各国传统工艺相关的创作作品。

（一）设计类：

（1） 产品设计类：家俱家居、文创、服装、饰品、工艺美术品等；

（2） 视觉传达类：广告设计、品牌形象设计、图形设计、插图设计等；

（3） 环境设计类：建筑设计、雕塑设计、园林设计、景观设计等。

作品提交要求：

1、作品以jpg图片形式提交，要求A3（297×420mm）幅面的展板，色彩模式为CMYK，精度不低于300dpi，作品展板不得超过3张，单个文件大小不超过15MB。

2、作品展板上不要出现任何个人信息。

（二）绘画类：

油画、综合绘画、国画等。

作品提交要求：

作品通过扫描或拍照处理后，以jpg图片形式提交，精度不低于300dpi，单个文件大小不超过15MB。

七、评选时间

（一）初评：2021年7月15-7月30日

由各系副系主任组织安排本系相关老师进行初评，评出大赛优秀奖，初评细则由各系老师制定，优秀奖学生名额不限。

（二）复评：2021年8月1日-8月10日

待初评优秀作品收集后，学院教务办将组织邀请相关领导与骨干老师组成专家评委会，对初评作品按系评出相应等级奖励。

八、奖项设置

（一）金奖：获奖证书+奖金，每个专业每个年级各1名；

（二）银奖：获奖证书+奖金，每个专业每个年级各2名；

（三）铜奖：获奖证书+奖金，每个专业每个年级各3名；

（四）优秀奖：获奖证书，名额不限；

（五）专家评委会将推选优秀作品进行展出，所有参展作品将整理成册，出版发行“活动主题精装纪念册专集”，获奖作者均可获赠一本。

九、参赛声明

（一）参赛稿件和作品应为学生个人原创作品，未侵犯他人的任何专利、著作权、商标权及其他知识产权。凡有抄袭、他人代作等行为均由参赛者自行承担责任，对此大赛组委会有权取消其参赛资格并索回相关奖项。

Ⅰ. Preface

In the communication of world civilization from ancient times to the present, traditional crafts have become an important carrier of friendly exchanges between people of all countries. Diversified nationalities and cultures have brought up traditional crafts with exquisite production and different styles, which constitute a colorful world civilization. Under the Belt and Road Initiative, Chengdu, as the starting point of the southern "Silk Road", should strengthen the exchange and cooperation of traditional crafts between China and other countries in the world with an open attitude.

Ⅱ. Purpose

Through this competition, international students can fully explore the traditional craft concepts and cultural elements of various countries, improve the ability of inheriting and recreating traditional crafts, and promote the cultural exchanges between China and other countries in the world. In the way of "promoting education by competition and combining education with competition ", the international students' practical ability, innovative ability and cooperative spirit will be strengthened, and their extracurricular cultural life is enlivened to show their rich and diverse exotic styles.

Ⅳ. Theme

“Inheritance of creative traditional handicraft, promotion of international exchange and cooperation”

V. Requirements for Works

Participants are encouraged to submit creative works related to traditional craft of China or around the world, centering on the theme of the competition, “Inheritance of Creative Traditional Craft, Promotion of International Exchange and Cooperation”.

1. Design Categories:

(1)Product Design: Furniture, cultural and creative products, accessories，apparels，arts and crafts and etc.

(2)Visual Communication Design: advertising design, brand image design, graphic design, illustration design and etc.

(3) Environmental design: architectural design, sculpture design, garden design, landscape design and etc.

Submission Requirements:

(1) Accepted File Type:jpg

Picture Size: A3（297×420mm）

  Picture Precision: no less than 300dpi

Color Mode:CMYK

Please submit every picture no more than 15 MB, and the pictures must be able to meet the requirements of printing. And do not appear any personal information on the display board.

2. Painting Categories:

Oil paintings, comprehensive paintings, Chinese paintings and etc.

Submission Requirements:

Paintings should be submitted in the JPG after scanning or photographing, with an accuracy of no less than 300 dpi. And every single file size is no more than 15 MB.

VII. Competition process

(1) Preliminary selection :15 July- 30 July 2021

The deputy director of each department will organize some teachers who belongs to this department to do the preliminary selection to choose excellence awards. The detailed rules will be formulated by the teachers of each department, and the number of excellence awards are not limited.

(2) Final Selection :1 August-10 August 2021

After the excellent works are collected, the office of educational affairs of the school will organize and invite relevant leaders and backbone teachers to form a committee to do the final selection. Works of each major will be awarded at the corresponding level.

Ⅶ. Awards

(1) Gold Award: certificates +bonus, one place for each major and each grade

(2) Silver Award: certificates + bonus, tow places for each major and each grade.

(3) Bronze Award: certificates + bonus, three places for each major and each grade.

(4) Excellence Award : Certificate, places are open-ended.

(5) The committee will select outstanding works for an exhibition. Besides, prize winners will get a hardcover memorial book on this competition which will be published.

IX. Statement

(1) All works and paintings have to be original without infringing any patents, copyrights, trademarks or intellectual property rights of others. Any false acts such as plagiarism, other people's acting shall be took responsibility by the participants themselves. Besides，the organizing committee has the right to disqualify the participants and claim back the relevant prizes.

(2) The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation and adjustment of this competition.
